We sell a variety of products and services through our retail locations and digital channels including: electronics and connected solutions, home appliances, footwear, apparel, home fashions, outdoor living goods, mattresses, tools, lawn and garden, jewelry, automotive products and services, grocery, health and wellness solutions, sport and fitness goods, home services and improvement solutions. Additionally, we provide pharmacy products and services, financial services, and carry-in parts and repair centers for lawn-and-garden equipment and appliances.

We operate 36 distribution centers located throughout the United States totaling approximately 39 million square feet. We operate the Sears Global Sourcing office in Hong Kong, which includes buying, merchandising, operations, quality assurance and technical review and source our owned brand products from approximately 5,600 factories in 65 countries.

Our Kmart discount stores average 95,000 square feet and Kmart Super Centers average 170,000 square feet.  Most Kmart stores are one-floor, free-standing units that carry a wide array of products across many merchandise categories, including consumer electronics, seasonal merchandise, outdoor living, toys, lawn and garden equipment, food and consumables, and apparel, including products sold under such well-known labels as Jaclyn Smith, Joe Boxer, and certain proprietary Sears brand products (such as Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard) and services. We also offer an assortment of major appliances, including Kenmore-branded products, in virtually all of our locations. 

Our Sears domestic operations include full-line stores which average 138,000 square feet. Sears Home Services has approximately 6,700 service technicians who make over 12 million service and installation calls annually.  Full-line stores offer a wide array of products and service offerings across many merchandise categories, including appliances, consumer electronics/connected solutions, tools, sporting goods, outdoor living, lawn and garden equipment, certain automotive services and products, such as tires and batteries, home fashion products, as well as apparel, footwear, jewelry and accessories for the whole family. Our product offerings include our proprietary Kenmore, Craftsman, DieHard, Bongo, Covington, Canyon River Blues, Everlast, Metaphor, Roebuck & Co., Outdoor Life and Structure brand merchandise, and other brand merchandise such as Roadhandler, Ty Pennington Style, Levi's and WallyHome. Lands' End, Inc. continues to operate 227 "store within a store" departments inside Sears domestic full-line locations.
